All jewellery by Carristian are crafted with high quality materials with the utmost care. While they do not tarnish easily, you play a part in ensuring that your jewellery stay in the best condition for a long time to come. We recommend the following tips to keep your jewellery shining at its brightest:

 

• Avoid exposing your to water and moisture (i.e. please remove your jewellery when showering, exercising, or engaging in water and moisture-based activities, such as wearing perfume/mists). If your jewellery came into contact with water and/or moisture, gently wipe it clean with a dry cloth, and let it dry naturally.

• Roll your bracelet onto/out of your wrist when wearing/removing your bracelet. Avoid tugging or pulling your bracelet as this will accelerate wear and tear of the bracelet.

 

All crystals are delicate gifts from mother nature, and they vibrate with positive and optimistic energy. Given their sensitive nature, however, we recommend giving your crystal jewellery a metaphysical cleansing every once in a while. To do so, you may:

• Cleanse your crystal jewellery with incense (e.g. Sage, Palo Santo, Frankincense, Sandalwood)

• Cleansing and charging your crystal jewellery with self-cleansing crystals such as Selenite.

• Cleansing and charging your crystal jewellery under the full moon.

 

As different crystals have different sensitivities to sunlight and/or water, please check with us before subjecting your crystal jewellery to cleansing by sunlight and/or water.

*Replacement of any tarnished metal hardware embellishments on your bracelet(s) is subject to stock availability.

**Repairability of the chipped and/or damaged crystal charms and beads on the bracelet(s) are subject to its condition. If new crystal beads/charms are required, prices of such replacements are calculated according to the prevailing prices of these beads/charms, and such prices may range from $10 to $50 depending on the type of crystal.
 

Return postage costs are to be borne by the buyer, and is non-refundable. 

We would highly recommend using trackable shipping/shipping insurance services as any exchange and/or repair of the jewellery will only be processed upon receipt of the original item. You will be notified once your return is received and inspected.

 

If there is a defect in the nature of the jewellery, please contact us within 24 hours of the time of delivery for free replacement. Kindly note that we will not be providing free replacement service once the 24 hours have passed, and//or if the defect is due to your mishandling (e.g. wear and tear, cracked crystals because the jewellery was dropped, etc).
